Ofcom are currently consulting and reviewing long term access to the remaining TV Channels post DSO. The latest information on these remaining Channels is listed below:

Key:

Channels 21 – 30 - PMSE is interleaved with TV transmissions throughout the UK.

Channels 31 – 37 (600 MHz band) Access to these channels is being reviewed. JFMG will continue to issue licences in these channels but with the right to revoke the Licence with 6 months rolling notice.

Channels 38 - PMSE access to Channel 38 between 606.5 MHz and 613.5 MHz remains.

Channels 39 – 48 - PMSE is interleaved with TV transmissions throughout the UK.

Channels 49 – 60 (700 MHz band) - PMSE is interleaved with TV transmissions throughout the UK however this band of spectrum is being reviewed. Long term access may cease to make way for other services.

Channels 70 - PMSE access remains unchanged. 863-865 MHz is still available as licensed exempt spectrum.
