Who are we?

Daniel
Grimes - JFMG Business Manager
Daniel Grimes took over running JFMG in August 2010. Daniel is responsible for the overall
running of the business, commercial opportunities and management of the Ofcom
Contract.
Daniel joined JFMG in November 2008 as Operations Manager
and has has worked to create a strong customer focused based
team.

Tristan
Cairns – Operations Supervisor
Tristan joined JFMG in March 2011 as Operations Supervisor.
His role in this capacity is to focus on the day to day
licensing activities and promote continued customer focus.
Prior to joining JFMG, Tristan worked as
a sound engineer in a variety of roles from mixing and
designing for live events throughout London to the West End
Musicals as a Mic runner.
Away from JFMG, Tristan travels the UK
countryside with an outdoor pursuits club, Kayaking, Open
Canoeing, Walking and Mountain Biking.

Beverley Holt – Operations Analyst
Beverley joined JFMG in August 2006.
Her role is primarily linked to the production, development and reporting requirements of JFMG. Bev is also responsible for all financial reporting within the business.
Prior to joining JFMG, Beverley worked as a Loopstation Assistant at Turnkey/Media tools and as an Audio Editor for Hybrid Lab.
Bev has a BSc (Hons) Degree in Maths, an advanced diploma
in Music Production & amp; Sound Engineering.

Emily Jeffers – Personal Assistant
Emily joined JFMG in September 2007 and works on a part-time basis as Daniel's PA.
She has a Bachelor’s degree in French and a Masters in Film Studies. In her spare time Emily enjoys dance.
